What's the warranty of products

⊙BNR always guarantee a right quality for all the cabinet, hardware fitting and accessories. When the production finished, BNR will arrange assemble the kitchen cabinet for you checking the quality & there will be 12 months guaranty of product quality. 

I don’t have a design plan can you help me?

⊙We have a professional designer team with many years’ of designing experience. Just send us your layout and requirements, we will make design for you.

What’s your packing?

⊙Pre-assembled or knock-down packing with carton box and wooden box.

What's the Lead time?

⊙it will usually take about 20-30 working days for the modern design order which is less than 2 *40'HQ. If you order the solid wood products, it will take 40 working days. 

How to arrange the shipping?

⊙BNR have many years experience of oversea business, the cooperated professional shipping agent can arrange the shipping to your country, even door to door service, so you only need to wait the furniture at your home.

What's the price ranges of shipping?

⊙The shipping cost always be changed along with CBM of goods and shipping time, all the products BNR produced are customized, so BNR only can check the shipping cost till the goods finish the productions. 

How to order customized furniture?

1st, Specify your kitchen footprint size and configuration.
2nd, choose the favourite kitchen style from our ranges
3rd, send the kitchen layout and style to our email address
4th, it will take 2-3 working days for us finish your design works.
5th, it will take 1-2 working days for the quotation after the design confirmed
6th, When the details and price confirmed, BNR will prepare the PI for your advance payment.

How to install the furniture?

⊙1- BNR standard packing is flat packing or assemble packing. And all products structure are international standard so as long as you can get well experience workers who had assembled the flat packing goods, it will be very easy for them to finish the installations. Also if there is any assistance you need, pls. take photos or video, our engineer will be happy to help you solve any problem of installations.
